Registration Information

 

Please only fill out 1 registration per team and then contact us directly if you have any question, concerns & to set up payment.

The tournament is open to the following divisions: 

  • Fun are $100: 4 games guaranteed: One-third ice, 8 minute periods

  • U10 to U12 are $750: 4 games guaranteed: 18 minute periods

  • U14 to U19 Club are $825: 4 games guaranteed: 18 minute periods

  • U14 to U19 Zone are $875: 4 games guaranteed: 18 minute periods

  • Open (A/B) and Masters are $950: 4 games guaranteed: 18 minute periods

  • U14AA $875: 4 games guaranteed: 18 minute periods

  • U16AA/19AA: $950: 4 games guaranteed: 20 minute periods

  • Registrations will not be considered complete until fees have been received.

  • Registration requires you to include a copy of your official Team Roster

    • (This is your RAMP Roster Form. If from BC or from your Provincial organization)

  • Required now, will be your team’s Ordinal number at time of registration.

  • Please make cheques payable to:  Fraser Valley Ringette Association.

  • All applications will be accepted on a first-come basis. Some divisions will fill up early and late registrations will be put on a waiting list. While this will be the primary consideration in determining our divisions, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to incorporate other considerations in making final team selections.

  • Each team that applies to the tournament will be contacted and your registration status will be confirmed after the registration deadline of October 27th, 2023

Refund Information:

  • There will be a full refund issued, if your team is not accepted into the tournament.

  • There will be a full refund issued, minus a 10% administration fee, if your team is accepted into our tournament but drops out no later than October 27th, 2023.

  • There will be a 50% refund if your team drops out after the acceptance, but before the schedule is released

  • There will be no refund if your team drops out after Nov 1st, 2023
