Registration for the 2010/2011

The 2010-2011 registration form is now available to download using the link below.

Some of the changes to registration for 2010-2011 will include:

Registration will not longer be held in September.  

Registration for the 2010-2011 season will be May 2nd 4-7  &  May 15th 3-5 At Twin Rinks

Fees
 
Players Registered by June 15, 2010 will pay $375.00 for their registration and will have the option of paying in full (July 1, 2010) or by post dated cheques (July 1, 2010, August 1, 2010 and September 1, 2010).
 
Players Registered after June 15, 2010 will be subject to an additional late Registration Fee of $50.00 for a total registration cost of $425.00.  There will be no post dated cheque options when registering late.
 
U9 (Bunny) registration fees will remain at $175.00.
 
Goalies with their own Equipment registration fees will continue to be 50% of the Player Registration Fees.  Goalies Registered late will also be subject to the late registration charge of $50.00
 
The membership also approved:
 
The addition of a Volunteer Deposit Cheque.
 
The addition of a Association Fundraising Requirement for all FVRA members.  If a member does not wish to fundraise, they can make a fundraising payment of $100 instead.
